High Noon Coffee Roastery
We roast primarily for espresso but our house blend, Black Gold, works well for all brewing methods. All our coffee is 100 percent fair trade and organic. We pay our workers at or above the living wage.

This is a mixture of three Americas coffees with a dash of Ethiopian and Indonesian.

Tim has worked in coffee since 1989, co-founding Havana Coffee Works where he designed and built the original hot air roasters that set Havana apart. For High Noon, Tim has adapted a classic Vittoria roaster to suit his own personal roasting style.
