Pomelo Salt River Variety (1kg)
We haven’t been able to properly identify this prolific pomelo - so have called it our own name for now. The fruit and skin are yellow like the Chinese honey pomelo but it is smaller - more like an orange. Pomelos are seedy and have a thick pick, but are worth stripping out for the delicious, refreshing flavour. Great in salads.
